“This is a cozy little cabin, nestled in the woods, about 15 minutes from I 65. This is not a traditional hotel room and there’s a few things lacking which you should know about before booking. There’s no TV. No sink in the bathroom (you use the kitchen sink). No closet. No mirror to you speak of (there’s a 3 x 5 index card size mirror inside one of the kitchen cabinets). “It was a pleasure staying here. It was a two-week stay, and I felt right at home. The neighbors were very friendly—the only exception was one day that got a bit out of hand; I apologize for that. 100% recommended; I would definitely book it again.”

“Me and my family enjoyed the location with alot of surrounding places to eat sit in end of street park or courtyard. Internet work weel with all of devices. Bed was cimfotable with plenty of closet space. Parking on street is safe. Building is quiet and has free laundry. Definitely a restay as they are refreshing apartments and will definitely stay again.”

“Arrived and the bed our kids were supposed to sleep on was broken and it was unusable. Refrigerator was rusted. Blinds broken in main bedroom. Flooring completely falling apart. Spider webs everywhere. Listing showed it on the lake, it was across a very busy street from the property. This listing was absolutely deceiving. “I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. ”

“Highly recommended stay, I stayed for 1 month long for school safe quiet and clean. Full laundry room inside room very convenient large apartments. Communication with management was great. There are no elevators and I was on the 3rd floor but I am active does not bother me. Just keep that in mind if you cant climb stairs. Great place ! High recommended! ”

“Honestly, as my husband and my teen daughter were checking in, we were a bit frustrated due to how to get in the cozysuites. It was my scanning/reading over the check in details of the room and luckily my tech teen figured out how to get in the apartment block. It was a late night shift staff who was amazing as she stayed calm, I was frustrated yet she handled us with integrity!!! We would definitely want to stay there again next year!! “The booking process was a bit complicated. Sending a pic of my drivers license and a selfie! Really? The process was too much!! Room was just what I expected. It was comfortable. Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER”
