“The check in process was awful. I was not sent the online guest registration form before arrival. So, I had no instructions on how to check in or get in. The online registration was also irritating by having to scan your ID and take a selfie to confirm your identity. I ended up having to call the main office four times to finally get the proper instructions on how to enter the building. The check-in instructions were not accurate. The number code didn’t work because they don’t tell you about...

“Clean accomodations. Nice bedding and space in both bedrooms. ”

“Beautiful furniture, nice overall place, great walking distance to most things in a cute town! Only issue is it advertises two bathrooms and there are NOT two. We brought this up to management. They said they would correct this listing, but it has not been corrected. ”

“Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. ”

“Great location. Would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Biggest beef with the units is that you have no control over temperature of the room. The thermostat doesn't do anything. I contacted the property but they said the building controls the heat/AC. It was hot and stuffy in the apartment. Made it hard to sleep”

“This room was central located for what we needed, but it’s not suitable for elderly or anyone needing ADA accommodations. The cleanliness was subpar and in slight disrepair. Internet and tv didn’t work (only 1 in the condo). I received a text at 12:15am from the host asking to check their noise awareness monitor?! We had been asleep for hours. Not impressed.”
